1899 - The season was abandoned mid-season due to an umpire's dispute.

1900 :
Participating clubs were (complete) :
 - Crystal Brook,
 - Flinders,
 - Petersburg,
 - Proprietary and
 - Solomontown (rejoined).
Grand Final - Solomontown 7.15.57 defeated Proprietary 8.4.52.

1909 - The competition was abandoned due to a Smelter's Lockout.

1910 :
The league reformed as the Port Pirie FL.
Participating clubs were (complete) :
 - Proprietary,
 - Saint Marks and
 - Solomontown.
Grand Final - Solomontown 8.17.65 defeated Proprietary 4.6.30.

1931 - Solomontown were premiers.

1932 :
Participating clubs included :
 - Crystal Brook (debut) and

1933 :

 - Crystal Brook (final season) and

1961 - The Great Northern FA, the Port Pirie FA and the Whyalla FL merged to form the Spencer Gulf FL.
