1899 - Waterloo finished about 4th in the Eastern Suburbs FA.
1900 - Waterloo participated in the Eastern Suburbs FA.

1901 :
A Waterloo FC existed, but may not have been the same club as that which existed in 1900.
This club was also sometimes referred to as the Waterloo Street Presbyterians.
Waterloo played against other church clubs, including Yarra Yarra Wesley, Richmond, Clifton Wesley, Coburg Presbyterian and Hotham Hill Gymnasium.

1902 - Hawthorn was formed, through a merger which involved Waterloo.
