1998 :
The National Womens Football Competition commenced.
The inaugural National Womens Football Competition was held in Victoria.
Participating clubs were (complete) :
 - ACT,
 - South Australia,
 - Western Australia (3rd) and
 - Victoria (winners).

1999 :
National Womens Football Competition was held in Perth.
Participating clubs included :
 - Western Australia (2nd) and
 - Victoria (winners).

2000 :
Participating clubs were (complete) :
 - ACT,
 - NSW,
 - NT,
 - Queensland and
 - Victoria.
Final - Victoria defeated NSW.

2001 - National Womens Football Competition was held @ Ainslie in ACT.
2002 - National Womens Football Competition was held in Sydney.
2004 - National Womens Football Competition was held in Adelaide.
