1928 - Central Peebinga Line FA : Mulpata were a founding club.
1929-34 - Central Peebinga Line FA : Mulpata participated.
1935 - Central Peebinga Line FA : Mulpata's final season as a stand-alone club.
1936 - Lameroo & DFL : Smithville, Kulkami and Mulpata merged to form the United FC.
1937 - Central Peebinga Line FA : Mulpata reformed, lasting just this, one, season.
1938 - Mulpata FC folded.
