1954 - Otway FA Grand Final : Gellibrand 4.7.31 defeated Johanna 3.6.24.
1955 - Otway FA : Johanna participated.

1956 (Otway FA) :
Grand Final - Gellibrand 15.18.108 defeated Johanna 6.11.47.
This was Johanna's final season as a stand-alone club.

1957 - Colac & DFL : Beech Forrest, Johanna and Lavers Hill Imperials merged to form Otway Rovers FC.
