2004 - Narita Cup : Tokyo Goannas finished 4th (last).
2013 - Japan AFL : Tokyo participated.
2014 - AFL Japan Eastern Division Grand Final : Tokyo Bay 12.10.82 defeated Tokyo 10.13.73.

2015 :

Semi-Final - Tokyo 22.14.146 defeated Senshu 9.8.62.
Grand Final - Tokyo 10.8.68 defeated Tokyo Bay @ Yokohama.
Note: This was reportedly Tokyo's 7th premiership.

Tokyo were minor premiers.
